3.2.2 Released!

We are pleased to announce the release of version 3.2.2 for Joomla! 3.x!

This is our first official release for Joomal! 3.x

New features include:

  • Works with Joomla! 3.x. Yay!
  • New payment processor: VirtualMerchant
  • Add messages to emails from payment processors
  • Add recording details for each album (release date, country, studio, producer, etc)
  • Add file time for tracks, mp3's find file time automatically
  • New version of JPlayer with slick jquery-ui skin
  • New views include: List categories by alphabet, List products in a category by alphabet, List all tracks in a category with Alphabet search links
  • Languages (downloaded separately) include French (site and admin), Czech, German, Hebrew, Italian and Dutch (Site only)

MyMuse 3.2 Release Candidate

We are happy to announce the arrival of a Release Candidate for MyMuse for Joomla: 3.2.0.

We are just reviewing for any remaining bugs. This is not just a port of the 2.5 version. There are many more views, many more options and updated jPlayer using the jQuery ui component.

List Products by Alphabet

Thanks to Mira Baka at MaxMusik we now have a version in Czech and a cool new view that I call "List Products by Alphabet".

You can pick up the langauge pack here. The new view comes with the latest versions of MyMuse.

MyMuse 3 BETA released

We are happy to announce the release of MyMuse for Joomla 3 in BETA form. You can add products and sell them, there are just several little things to fix before it becomes a public, stable build. Feel free to download and try it out. Please send your thoughts, complaints, ideas to us.

Not quite ready for production. It is free to downlad and try until we release the first stable version.

MuMuse 2.5.4 Released

We are happy to announce the release of MyMuse 2.4. Many small improvements and some new things.

A new view called "Tracks list with Alphabet for Category", see it here.

You could set up your Artists as categories and they will be included as links to their first letter in the top.Get all the Artists that start with the letter A and show their tracks.

The new view also introduces some nice Ajax touches. A box updates you on the number of produts in the cart. The add button is actually a graphic that adds the product to the cart, updates the View Cart box and becomes a cart icon. Click on the cart icon and the product is removed from the cart.

Another view called "Categories Listed Alphabetically"which gives you Letters and included Categories/
Artists under each letter.

Lastly a view called "Products Listed Alphabetically".

A new integration with JComments. After you install JComments, you need a file called com_mymuse.plugin.php. click to download a zip of that file. Place it in the directory components/com_jcomments/plugins. Download the latest MyMuse and you will see options for showing comments  on product pages and showing comment counts on category.

We've also done many little fixes and improvements. Enjoy.
